After a successful launch, the virtual guided tours will continue!

Since the beginning of the year, the Folkwang-Museumsverein has been offering virtual guided tours through permanent and temporary exhibitions as well as premises of the museums collection to its members. The so called "Virtueller Mittwoch“" proves to be highly appreciated through providing guided access to exhibitions such as Kippenberger or Timm Rautert during the past months.

After a small break over the course of Easter, we are now very pleased to offer more virtual guided tours: On 14th of April 2021 we will visit Villa Hügel, where our host Volker Troche, board member of the Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach-Stiftung, will give us exciting insights into Kippenberger's "Forgotten Furnishing Problems in Villa Hügel".

All further dates are currently in the planning and will be announced as soon as possible via e-mail as well as in our so called members area. There you will also find recordings and photographic documentation of previous "Virtuelle Mittwochs" guided tours.
